Admissions
- Sri RV School admits students based on government regulations, considering factors such as age, attitude, ability and conduct.
- Admission involves interviews, tests and placement in available vacancies.
- Parents or guardians must introduce candidates and take responsibility for their conduct, process, discipline and fees.
- Admission to the CISCE stream is determined by the school authorities, considering norms, seat availability, parental consent, and academic progress.
- The school does not endorse any external agency or individual assisting in the admission process.
- Preschoolers seeking admission to Pre KG, LKG and UKG should normally complete the age of three, four and five years respectively on the date of admission.
- Admissions that are open for the academic year/session from grade 1 onwards will include promotion from the respective lower grade and entrance exam.
Rules & Regulations
- Arrive at school on time and attend all classes regularly.
- Wear the designated school uniform as per the specified guidelines.
- Communication in English is mandatory.
- Maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness in appearance. Nails should be trimmed regularly.
- Do not overload the school bag, follow the timetable in a well maintained school back pack.
- Bring a nutritious and well balanced lunch daily in a hygienically maintained lunch bag along with water bottle.
- Bringing chocolates, fast food or distributing chocolates on birthday’s are not encouraged. Instead, dry fruits or sweets made of dry fruits would be appreciated.
- Respect teachers, staff, and fellow students at all times.
- Adhere to the school’s code of conduct and follow classroom etiquette.
- Complete and submit assignments and homework on time. Get the dairy and slip tests signed regularly.
- Use school facilities responsibly and report any damages promptly.
- Observe silence in designated areas, such as the library or examination halls.
- Refrain from bringing or wearing any prohibited items, such as electronic gadgets, watches, ornaments etc into the school premises.
- Participate actively in school events, extracurricular activities, and sports.
- Seek permission before leaving the school premises during school hours.
- While taking leave, it has to be priorly informed. In case of the leave extending for more than a day, permission of the management is mandatory.
- Avoid engaging in any form of bullying, harassment, or disruptive behaviour. It’s a punishable offence if found so.
- Adhere to the school’s dress code policies, including appropriate hairstyles and accessories.
- Boys – Well cropped hair.
- Girls – Twin plaited hair with ribbon is compulsory.
- Keep the school environment clean by disposing of waste properly.
- Abide by the rules regarding use of school transportation, if applicable.
- Respect the privacy and belongings of others.
- Attend parent-teacher meetings and keep parents informed of academic progress.
- Refrain from cheating or engaging in any form of academic dishonesty.
- Follow specific rules outlined for exams and assessments, maintaining honesty and integrity.
Students are representatives of our school from leaving home until they return and are thus expected to set themselves a high standard of behaviour both inside and outside the school.
