Achievements – Sports
In addition to academics, we actively promote and engage our students in sports, recognizing the integral role it plays in maintaining not only their physical well-being but also in strengthening their immune systems.
Students are provided opportunities to explore a variety of sports based on their interests. Recognizing the hard work and commitment of our students in leading active and healthy lives, we showcase their achievements through both inter and intra-school competitions.
Our children regularly participate in various inter-school events, consistently bringing pride to our school.
Academic Year Sports Achievements
Our school secured the Badminton Champions trophy in the U-14, U-17, and U-19 categories, triumphing over Greenwood High School C.K. Palya. In Chess, our school emerged victorious in the U-14, U-17, and U-19 categories, claiming the Champions trophy against Ganga International School, Nelagadaranahalli, Bangalore. The U-14, U-17, and U-19 categories witnessed our school winning the Throwball Champions trophy against St. Dominics School, Attibele, Bangalore. Cricket Boys excelled, winning the U-14 champions trophy once and the U-17 champions trophy twice at Gopalan Ground, Whitefield, Bangalore. Cricket Girls secured the U-14 champions trophy once and attained the 2nd place in U-17 at Gopalan Ground, Whitefield, Bangalore. The School Students Band team was honored with a Memento from the District organizing committee during the Independence Day celebration in August 2023 and also received the 1st Place Prize during the Youngsters promote state-level athletic Competitions event. Our school excelled in Band, winning the Best award at Sai Ground, Bangalore. In an inter-school basketball tournament, our school boys in the U-14 category secured the 2nd place at Aavishkar Academy. March Past achievements include securing the 2nd Place at Kolar Junior College and the 1st Place at Sri Visvesvaraya stadium, Kolar, on 26th January 2024. Our School triumphed in Throwball against Polaris International School, Whitefield, Bangalore, securing the 2nd Place and won the 1st Place against SNIS. Additionally, our school emerged victorious in Volleyball against SNIS. In the U-14 category CISE National Cricket Tournament, our school claimed the championship with players Bilva Priya, Rishitha, and Saanika. In the U-17 category CISE National Cricket Tournament, our school secured the 3rd place with players Likhitha, Pravalika, and Laasya. Under 8 Girls secured the first place.
Under 8 Boys achieved the second place.
Under 10 Girls attained the second place.
Under 12 Girls secured the second place.
Under 14 Boys excelled with both first and second place.
Volleyball and Throwball tournaments held at VAHE Global Academy in the U-16 Boys and Girls categories resulted in a commendable second place.
In the March Past event at Sri Visvesvaraya Stadium, Kolar, during the District level Independence Day 2022 celebrations, our school’s students, led by Pranathi M D, secured the second place.
In an international athlete competition, Sri R V School proudly secured a total of 14 medals across various events. Additionally, the U-14 boys emerged as winners, and U-16 boys were victorious in the inter-school cricket tournament held in Attur, Bangalore.
In the U-15 interschool badminton tournament, Prapul B N of 9 Daisy clinched the winner’s title.
Our School clinched the 1st Place in Volleyball competitions in the U-14 and U-16 categories against SNIS. 2nd Place in Basketball competitions in the U-14 and U-16 categories against SNIS. 3rd Place in Throwball competitions in the U-14 and U-16 categories against SNIS. Our School earned the Athletics champions trophy in an Inter-School Competition conducted by Delhi Public School. 2nd Place in March Past at Sri Visvesvaraya Stadium, Kolar, during National festival celebrations. Bagged 2 medals in athletics at the 12th state-level schools Olympics Competition. All-over-events champions at VAJRA SANGAMA. 1st Place in Volleyball Competition against Pratham International School.
U-14 Boys Cricket match saw our School winning the 1st place, conducted by KSCA (Karnataka State Cricket Association) in Bangalore. Our School secured the Green Field Zest [ISC] Basket Ball trophy 1st Place for both Boys and Girls. 2nd Place in Green Field Zest [ISC] Cricket match in the Boys category. Bagged 3 medals in athletics at the 11th state-level schools Olympic Competition. 1st Place in March Past at Sri Visvesvaraya Stadium, Kolar, during National festival celebrations.
