- Acknowledging the intense desire of students to participate in games , one hour of games hour [free play] everyday is designed in their time table.
- Proficient sports coach exclusively for each sport like Volleyball, Throw Ball Basket Ball, Foot Ball, Cricket, Kho – Kho, Chess, Karate , Kabaddi, Athelics, Yoga are available throughout the week for the students.
- Free hand Exercises and Aerobics exercises are a mandatory weekly activity to the students.
- Recreational games including marbles, hopscotch , lagori are also taught along with the conventional games like badminton , tennikoit etc.
- Occasionally lezims , dumbbells and other light apparatus exercises are also taught.
- The March Past and the Band Troup members are the unique performers of the school.
- Annual Sports Meet provides students a competitive spirit and zeal to give their best in athletics [ running , throwing and jumping events and other individual and group events].
